There are various ways to test pH levels but to tell you the truth that is an obsession in my view. Simply just eat a balanced diet. The definition of balance is that eighty percent of your diet should consist of alkaline foods and twenty percent with acidic. In the ideal world, one hundred percent of your diet should be alkaline because your body is already producing enough acids. For most people, however, it is not possible to go on a completely alkaline diet for a variety of reasons. So, go for the eighty-twenty rule in that case, that is, eighty percent alkaline and twenty percent acidic foods.

By following the dietary principles, your chances of remaining healthy grow exponentially. Is it possible to completely avoid the disease in our body, though? Or, more importantly, what actually causes disease? If I eat the proper foods according to my constitution, if I maintain an alkaline diet, does it guarantee I'll remain free of diseases? The answer is No. There's more to diseases than the food we intake. There's no doubt that your chances of falling sick are almost negligible if you use the eating-sense, yet, there's still a chance.       Hope your sister finds it useful. I myself used to suffer from chronic migraine for more than 15 years. No one could help. Only after reading this book, I started examining my own self and it reduced drastically.

      I have experienced disease and pain and know what it feels like when the modern science has no remedies but just a pill to pop in.
